Do you work after business hours?
Yes. Cleaning crews work at client facilities after hours, which is standard for commercial cleaning. Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Are you insured and bonded?

Do you provide supplies and equipment?
We supply all cleaning products and equipment. If your facility has specific product requirements — for example, fragrance-free products or EPA-registered disinfectants — note that in your quote request and we will confirm compatibility.
What happens if something is missed?
Report the miss by phone or email before 5:00pm on a weekday and we will address it same day or at the next scheduled clean, depending on the nature of the issue. We acknowledge all reports within one business day.
